- Electronic file of all final notes from interviews and references
$200 per each candidate that you choose for this process
The Resume to Reference Package This program is more comprehensive and includes:
- Screening and ranking of resumes (up to 30 in ranking)
- Pre-screening phone interviews of your choice of 5 candidates from the consultant’s ranked group or the consultant’s recommended top 5
- Coordination of interviews with hiring managers if requested
- After you conduct the initial round of interviewing and narrow down choices, the consultant conducts a thorough interview of top-pick candidates, including specific questions customized to the client’s needs
- 2 reference checks for each top-pick candidate
- A consultative meeting to discuss candidates and offer recommendation(s)
- Electronic file of all final notes from interviews and references
$500.00 retainer and $600.00 due upon hiring per each hired candidate
